The swim shorts fit well, look good and are well made, as I would expect for the price tag. They are comfortable and easy to wear for long periods. In this sense they do fulfil the function of swimwear and lounge shorts. However, they take far too long to dry meaning that I am walking or sitting around for hours in wet or damp shorts. My previous pair of OB shorts were quick dry by comparison
See above. I think that if you market shorts as dual purpose they should be fit for purpose. I have been 2 weeks in South Goa and frankly once the shorts have been swum in, it is necessary to change as they take hours to dry, making them heavy, clingy and uncomfortable to wear long after immersion.
