Do your homework before you buy Monk Fruit
You have to know the source of organic and pure Monk Fruit, also if you buy any Monk Fruit products that are at a store, you better read the label and know that it’s mostly blends, often containing less than 1% pure monk fruit extract, mixed primarily with fillers like erythritol, allulose, or maltodextrin to create a 1:1 sugar replacement. These added ingredients provide the bulk and texture necessary for baking and measuring, as pure monk fruit is too concentrated. Julian Bakery is the best place and one of the best priced sources of organic and pure Monk fruit, you get 100% pure monk fruit that is 200 times sweeter than cane sugar with no aftertaste, this means you can use much less so when you get your tiny scoop, you can use a quarter or half of a full scoop to sweeten most things like tea and coffee so you’ll use much less and it will go much longer. I did all my homework and sourcing of purity and cost Julian was #1 on my list. It’s absolutely fantastic tasting, no aftertaste, clean, pure, flavor as if you’re drinking or eating cane sugar. 0 calories, 0 carbs, 100% pure flavor! I fully recommend Julian Bakery as the #1 source of your purchase with highest confidence that you be blown away by their monk fruit!

Pricey but a TINY bit goes a long way
We've been buying this sweetener for several years and will continue to do so. It has zero erythritol (which can cause horrible upset stomachs). I use it mainly for my tea, but do sprinkle a bit on cereal or when another food needs a little sweet touch. It's so potent that I never use the little measuring cup/spoon that comes with it. I use a 1/4 TSPN from a set of measuring spoons, and only a small part of that. You'll have to see what works for you. That's just for my hot tea, other things may need slightly more. Try it at least once. It's a really good product.

So pricey...but the best taste so far
I've tried other Monk Fruit sweeteners, and I keep coming back to this one cause of the taste.
