Rocket R58 Cinquantotto 1 Group Home Espresso Machine

So this is my first real Expresso machine. I probably went through a bag of beans before I dialed in the grind and tampering the portafilter correctly. I am so impressed by the quality and great expresso this machine produces. My only complaint so far, it that the drip tray has some very sharp edges that can easily cut your fingers while you're emptying it and putting the drip tray cover back on. You would think Rocket would have addressed this issue. I'm so excited to learn more about perfecting my barista skills!.lol

I knew this was the machine I wanted and went in with a lot of research. So far I absolutely love it. Just need to nail in the little details but it is great.
