Love the bag
The embroidery is perfect
My only recommendation as a Fed ex driver
Id suggest either hiding the box with a outside box or making the logo on the box smaller
I only say this because one more people find out about this brand and how expensive is it
With a big FTL on the front of the box

The "16 laptop pocket is not as universal to the single dimension as other advertised pockets of the same size. It's very disappointing when the laptop that fits the one dimension doesn't fit the bag, and the monogrammed bag is pretty useless.

Too small. If your shoes are size 10+ then it takes up half the bag. The customer service is terrible too. Took 3+ weeks to get my bag and you pay additional for shipping. When I emailed them all they said was sorry for the inconvenience and kept saying they appreciated my understanding. They offered to help expedite my return. It is what it is. Stay away - not worth the $180+ for a limited warranty in my opinion.
