Spike Botanical Bubbles 4 fl oz Refill for Bubble Blower Use

I was so disappointed that the blower wouldn’t fit in in the receptacle with the green ring. I also bout 1 pack of 2 of the lip protectors which was too big to fit over the mouth piece. It kept falling off. There was no instruction included that would have answered these questions.
