Wasn't expected it that good

I had Eureka Mignon Specialita before and thought to Philos for light roast. First shot was really impressive and same coffee tasted much sweeter and smooth. I love it and since then I never touched the old grinder. Highly recommended

I was thrilled when i first heard that Mazzer had designed a single dose grinder for home use. I have been using for the last week with stock burrs, medium and lighter roasts. I couldnt be happier with workflow , rear adjustment design is a non issue , function, zero retention, ease of switching beans . I use solely for espresso and am making consistently well extracted shots, nuanced flavours with no hint of bitter , just balanced, sweet notes. This really is an end game grinder and i can’t imagine any grinder at or above this price point that can deliver better espresso. You taste what you are meant to in any bean . I dont think you sacrifice body for the clarity it delivers with stock burrs but i brew under 2:1 ratios . Yet even with higher ratios, still lots of body and even more clarity. I highly recommend this grinder having been a coffee geek with multiple set ups over 20 years. Welcome to the future
