These little dots are amazing! They are the perfect thickness for inside a pointe shoe. They also stay in place pretty well for not having adhesive. I can't even feel them on my feet.

Have been buying these dots for many years. I am a walker and I have trouble with my toenails rubbing against my skin on the other toe. The dots do the trick cushioning the side of my toe. Great product
