Broke immediately

I loved the look of the wide leather belt. Beautiful in appearance. The first time I tried it on the metal tongue snapped completely off. I didn’t even apply any pressure to it. I immediately called customer support for a replacement belt, as I specifically ordered it for a special occasion. I never received any response. I would not do business with this company again. It’s too bad, because the belt appearance is quite pretty.
