Help Em Up Harness - The Complete Dog Lifting Harness

Extremely helpful and kind

I phoned Zoomadog just before closing time, because my 14 year old Border Collie has arthritis and sometimes struggles to walk. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful, took my dog's full history and discussed all weaknesses and concerns with me. She also told me how to measure correctly for a harness, which she sent out the following day on express service. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are very sweet people, go far and beyond to help, whilst not being patronising, which is quite a difficult task in the 'industry' they operate in. I can think of plenty of business in their field, who could model their customer services on Zoomadog.

Invaluable Help-em-up Harness

Our dog, Barney, lost the use of all four legs when he suffered a crushed spinal cord and bleed. He was seen by a specialist, had MRI and emergency operation, and sent home 8 days ago. For two days we struggled with slings, his old harness, oven mits, and hands to support him in his very late night visits to the garden but it was proving impossible and the vet in Winchester recommended this harness. We contacted online and spoke to Megan, ordered the "small" but found it too small, changed that to the Medium with Ruby and Cheyenne's assistance - and to be perfectly frank we found the harness absolutely invaluable - I would go further and say that we could never have managed without it. Without any doubt the service from all three girls over the last week has been the best I think I've ever encountered in an online "helpline" and we cannot thank them enough for their patience whilst two exhausted people tried to figure out what was best for their dog. Our thanks are boundless.

Superb Harness

Highly recommend this harness. Our German Shepherd started having problems getting up her ramp into our Landrover as her back legs could give way so we were trying to manhandle her up the ramp so that she couldn’t flip over the side. The Help Em Up Harness totally takes care of this problem as there are handles over her hips and shoulders which ensure that were she to flip we would be able to hold her up.
