Full Filter Replacement Set for the Hommix ziRO (CBRO + CBALK)

Fantastic

I was initially apprehensive about buying a countertop RO filter system because they were all made by companies abroad. I was worried about the lack of support I’d be offered. I had done a lot of research and found hommix which had great reviews for their system. I can honestly say they’ve lived up to my expectations. The system is great with lovely pure tasting water. The tank can be heavy if lifting it but I fill it half way and then top it up to max with a jug of water. This works well for me. Customer service has been fantastic and I feel very reassured that they will help if I have any troubles. To make the system perfect I would love them to be able to create a glass design for the water retrieving jug - ultimately to limit exposure to plastic for the clean water. If you have done your research and are confused about the options, I’d definitely say to consider this hommix system. It’s fantastic!

Replacement filters, easy.

After 3 months of using my new ziRO reverse Osmosis water purifier and kettle, the carbon filter needed replacing. The red light flashed as a warning that there was 10% or less use of filter remaining. I ordered the replacement which came the next day! I was able to wait until the red light turned static red, over 2 more weeks, then I changed the filter, went through the flushing process, and hey presto! as good as new. I love my Hommix water purifier. Everything about Hommix, quality of products, unbeatable customer service, and unbelievable fast delivery. First class.
