Thank you for including the extra pieces to the tap, it worked! Even if I have initially different system I got that gorgeous new tap and helped to connect and make it working. Easy to installed it by myself. Much recommend this company, very good quality, professional and customer approach. Will definitely come back again.

I didnt have the correct connector for the tap I bought, neither Screwfix nor a local plumbers merchant could provide one, but when I rang Hommix, without batting an eyelid, they posted the required connector, free of charge! Wonderful! Thank you!

Tap fit experience

Packaging excellent. Fitting instructions lacking. Large rubber washer not clear where it goes but I put it on top surface to act as certainty of leak seal. Needed new connector to adapt stem to my brita filter pipe, but ebay easy source. Made a large under washer as hole too large for stem nut. Happy with fitted result.
