B30 Reflective 'Black White'

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a size EU 46 (US 13), but the shoes I received fit several sizes smaller and are completely unwearable. I contacted customer service expecting a simple exchange or return for what appears to be a sizing or manufacturing issue. Instead, they repeatedly refused my return and eventually told me they would only consider it if I had recorded myself unboxing the package. Most customers don’t record themselves opening every package they receive, and using that as the reason to deny a return on an unusable product is unreasonable. I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience with their customer service.
