I have worn the item about 5 times so far. There is a noticeable difference in my physical appearance when I am wearing my sweat vest. Even after minimal physical activity, it gets me sweating... Taking it off when it's soaking wet is a bit of a challenge, but the feeling of removing it is also kinda freeing...

No sauna no problem
