Extremely disappointed with the shipping and delivery

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order [Order Number]. I paid extra for priority shipping in hopes of receiving my t-shirt in time for a birthday party, but unfortunately, the item arrived well after the event. This experience has left me very frustrated, and I feel the extra shipping cost was not justified. Given the poor delivery timing and the fact that the item is now of no use, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. This has left a negative impression, and I will not be ordering from your site again in the future.
