Noticeable improvement
I wasn’t sure how much of a difference this was making as I also take a few other tinctures. I went two days without it and noticed I was feeling more frazzled than before and had a harder time calming myself back down. So safe to say it definitely makes a difference! So glad I got it for postpartum. Pairs great with motherwort and blue vervain.

Resilience in A Bottle
10/10 Recommend this. When I say I have taken two dropperfuls morning and night every day in my postpartum for the last seven weeks (and the foreseeable future) I mean it. I forgot to take it for a couple of days once and it was completely noticeable. I am surviving off of this. My postpartum transition has been so much smoother than my first postpartum experience. I wish every family had this at their dispense. For both parents and even siblings. It really helps me feel like I can function through the lack of sleep, and I am more resilient emotionally.
