I had a really great experience with Crafty Bonobo from start to finish. They firstly communicated really well with me, answering my questions. And the personalised mirror sign they made is terrific. It looks exactly like the preview you see online. I love the fact it is not actually made of glass. It’s so much lighter and easier to handle (and safer) - but still has super high reflectivity. The remote controlled LED strip is a separate element. I prefer that too (rather than being hard wired into the sign). When I hung my sign, I positioned the LED strip separately to give the perfect lighting. (If you prefer, it’s been designed to attach directly on the hanging lugs). Also, the LED lighting has a built in switch on the cable, so if the remote breaks, or you lose it, you can still use the lighting. Very pleased.
