I’m so impressed!!! I ordered my replacement charging cord on Sunday and it just arrived today on Tuesday. The comoany’s customer service was awesome replying quickly to my question about the option to order a black color for the charger. I wanted black to match my toothbrush, but they stated the company only offered white at this time. The representative did state they’d forward consideration of black chargers in the future to the company staff. 👍🏻
