I’ve had the clutch kit and Hunterworks belt installed on my defender for long enough now to give an honest review. It will never be a turbo X3, but it definitely wakes it up. It seems like it’s operating in the rpm that it should’ve from the factory. No lugging going uphills. If I step on it going around a corner on the trailer it will break the rear end loose and I can swing it around a little. It’s a lot more fun to drive, and I’ll be installing a couple more this summer for my family members with defenders.

2022 Can Am Defender Max HD 10

Had to rebuild my stock primary clutch because it was wore out. It did pretty good for 7000 miles. Decided to buy the Dalton clutch kit because they have been around for a while and have a reputable name. Man did it ever wake my machine up. I wish I would’ve done it a long time ago. The performance one gets out of their kit is amazing. Well worth the money to me. I also installed the blow hole kit which helps keep the belt cool tremendously at lower speeds.
