Seems like a very basic serum. Nicely hydrating, but like water, the effect is not long lasting.

TO INTENSE FOR ME AS FAR A S PLUMPING!
I have very fair normal to dry skin that can be more sensitive in the extreme cold temps. I used this all over my face the first time, and I may of used to much. I have sinced stared using it again, but only in areas more more sparsely that need plumping!
If you have real sensitive skin this may not be the product for you.!
