Compatible Predator Bumper Set Cue Extension adopter

Fits in the butt of my predator cue but, does not fit my predator extension. They want me to pay shipping to return it. This company's staff is not knowledgeable about the equipment it sells and is not very helpful with troubleshooting the issues it creates.
