I really like the more scientific aspect of this book. It doesn't just tell you how, it tells you why.

Laying flat shile cooking is so nice. Very clear instructions on bread making.

Better than expected

Have only perused through the book and its information, but am totally impressed with the quality and weight of the paper, the clarity of the print and the ease with which the pages turn on the spiral binding allowing it to lay flat or fold back on itself. Well done!! Look forward to my next purchase.
