8 inch Stainless Steel Skillet w/ Lid

I really like this skillet. It goes well with my 1 Quart Bushpot I bought at the same time.

Essential piece of camp cooking gear

Great folding-handle skillet! The size is perfect and you can get a LOT more cooking done in the skillet than you might think at first. It is not non-stick (as no stainless steel is) but with proper heat and fat in the pan, food won't stick more than it does in any other steel pan, and it is tough so holds up to fire, grit, or hard scouring while cleaning. The handle is sturdy even when the pan is full, and the locking mechanisms are well made; with the handle folded it is very packable - it fits the bottom of the large bush pot bag, and the 120 oz. bush pot nests inside of it. It's a classic design and an essential pan to have in a camp cooking/mess kit, and the depressed lid makes it easy to add coals on top, similar to a dutch oven lid.
