I'ts a high quality product, well build and it really worked as expected. The only con I found is the app doesn't work in Costa Rica :(

An excellent product and a good value for your money. I strongly recommend it. Drawbacks: 1- the display is too dim to see in bright sunlight ( especially if you are wearing sunglasses as usual)) 2- the function buttons are too hard to detect and use correctly. I turned on the heat function by accident. (It heats up fast and hot)) These are only problems for those unable to get the app. 3- battery life (but considering the limitations, Torras has been impressively successful) Solutions?: 1- not sure about the display. But the button could be put on different sides (perhaps miniature toggles inside indentations — for ease of feeling and use. 2- For now, buy the recommended battery packs Positives: It is — light, comfortable, quiet and everything claimed. More importantly, it works. The a/c cools quickly and the heat unit roasted in seconds. I recommend this to anyone
