Foaming Facial Wash Base

Second order. Great at cleaning my skin without drying it out.

Bought for personal use. Wanted something without harsh chemicals. This cleans without drying and produces enough foam to use a facial cleansing brush if I need to. I haven't added anything to it for fragrance either. It does the job.

Pleasant, effective, economical

Firstly, I looked up Naturally Balmy because of excellent experience years ago with your lip balm kits. My budget for beauty has to stretch a long way. This foaming cleanser base certainly fits the budget. With the dispenser, if foams nicely, cleans well ( but I don't wear makeup, so can't comment about that) and washes off easily. I don't find it drying. The base really does need some kind of scent added to it...and clearly getting the right level is an art form. Great fun trying, though
