Excelent Customer Service!

I had an issue with the glasses that I received and I sent a message on Whatsapp to Customer Service. They vere very good at sales stage answering all my questions straight away and I was afraid that they will just ignore my complaint and will not come back to me. I was surprised I got their lovely reply in 2 hours and they sent me a new pair of glasses straight away with no aditional charge. The best customer service I experienced in a long time! Bravo!!!
