Ponte Straight Pant

best customer service ever

I got the Ponte Straight Pant in brown which I absolutely loved. Although they were the same size as previously purchased jeans, the ponte pants were too tight in the hips. I called customer service - they were kind and helpful. They sent me a larger size free of charge and told me to return whichever pants did not fit. I was wearing my new pants and returned the smaller pair in less than 3 days!!
