I purchased my filter system in March of 2025. Very happy with the overall quality of the unit and faucet dispenser. Recently subscribed to the 12 month filter replacement program. The instructions are straight forward, easy to follow and simple to replace the cartridges. So far, so good!

Pre-filter stage review

These filters are fairly easy to install, with minimal effort. The quality of the filtered water is vastly better than the tap water in Cincinnati. We are very happy with the results.
