I never received my very expensive order

I have ordered through Cozy Modern in the past and received my order. This time I have reached out to Cozy Modern for weeks. I have sent emails, spoke with someone who told me to text the order and info, and text. This has taken place over several weeks. I am very upset because it was a lot of money. I will not order from here again. Very disappointed. I love Tyler more products.
