Unresponsive Customer Service

I love all things Diva scented and purchase often. However my last order was packed poorly, damaged and content spilled all over in the box. I sent an email to the company with several photos and requested a replacement of the damaged bottle. No response. Nothing. The product is amazing if it makes the journey, but if it doesn't, apparently you're stuck eating the cost.

Great customer service

I received my package in the mail and it was damaged by the post office. I called Cozy Modern and explained the damage and they sent me new products without question. Truly great customer service.
