Not Happy

I have had several orders of Olive Wood in the past and I have always been happy. Not this time. The bumps and bruises pack I got was all tiny pieces that will be of no use to me. The premium pack I got was all pieces of 6 inch width, when I was expecting a range of widths. I reached out via email to express my dissatisfaction and I have heard nothing back.

Rough and splits

The wood was thin and was still rough on 2 sides and 2 out of 5 boards had splits. I don't think it was premium quality.
