Samsung BN59-01312G Remocon-Smart TV Remote Control

The remote is not working. I works for a few seconds and then there is an error on tv saying another remote is already paired. I try to connect this new remote and it doesn’t work. I can turn tv on and offwith this remote but nothing else works

The remote was easy to pair to my TV and works like the original. It arrive sooner than expected.

Remote would not pair with Samsung TV. All the online solutions I tried failed to work. No choice but to return the remote.
