Samsung BN59-01295A Smart Touch TV Remote Control

The device worked perfectly (better than plug&play!). My only suggestion is that it was difficult to see 'order status'. After digging, I found out that it was on factory backorder for a while and hence it seemed very late in shipping... You would be well-served if you could communicate status with the customer (never received any alert from Samsung).

Perfect replacement for original remote which was damaged in moving. I have full function of TV options again. Happy camper!

This remote does not pair up with my Yamaha Home Theater for the volumn. Very irritating. The original did. Even tech support couldn't make it work.
