Mo (Prospector) hip belt replacement

I’ve had my Mo 50 for a couple of years and recently replaced its hip belt after loosing a few kilograms. The replacement belt was easy to fit but I find it (and the original larger belt) less comfortable than my Osprey Atmos belt once pack weight exceeds about 12kg. Carrying the additional clothing and food required for longer trips e.g. 5-6 days in spring/ autumn I find my Atmos significantly more comfortable. Maybe people with athletic physiques cope better but the Mo belt buckle digs into my flab whilst the Atmos belt doesn’t.

Now I’ve got the right size, I underestimated my midriff & hips!! My Mo is even more confortable for load carrying. Did the relatively short Dales Way last week using the belt & pack and super comfy carrying 8kg ish.
