Magcubic 8K HY300 Pro+ Projector Built in 5W Speaker 1280*720P Android 14 200 Lumens Wifi6 BT5.4 Outdoor Portable Projector

I recently purchased the Magcubic HY300 Pro Plus projector, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The device is only 1 day old, but it already has multiple serious issues. The system software is outdated, and there are no available updates. The projector lags even during normal use, which makes it frustrating to operate. On top of that, Netflix is not working properly, which is one of the main reasons I bought this projector. For a brand-new product, this level of performance is unacceptable. It feels like the device is not properly supported with updates or optimized software. I have contacted support, but if I do not receive a proper solution soon, I will return the product and request a refund. I would not recommend this projector to others unless these issues are resolved.
