Was worried initially about having to purchase a subscription after reading other reviews, however this was not the case. Once synced via Bluetooth the free subscription kicked in automatically and I am able to use the translation features. Headphones are comfortable, although sit slightly outside your ears and there may be some sound leakage. Overall impressed by the quality and functions.

Extremely disappointing experience. This seller advertises his products as “the best,” takes your money, and then completely disappears. I placed my order on March 26, 2026, and it still has not arrived. There have been no shipping updates, no clear explanation, no meaningful response, and no refund. At this point, I have received absolutely nothing—not the product, not my money back, and not even basic customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. Buyers should be very cautious before placing an order.
