This civet absolute is notably easy to work with compared to traditional civet pastes, as it does not require tincturing, allowing for precise dilution and consistent dosing. With dilution, it softens into a smooth, balsamic, skin-like note that works as both fixative and amplifier, and adds great richness to florals, especially to jasmines I've found.
