Soft faux leather. The bats are really clinging on! I do wish the strap were longer, or that I could have the option of a longer strap. The strap is adjustable, so when I want it to be shorter, that’s easy to do. But not long enough to be comfortable as a crossbody. But i will make it work if I have to dance or something. I’m using this at a wedding to store snacks and sunglasses. And for many other future events. Or for no reason at all.

I love it so far. It feels durable but not stiff. The bats don’t feel like theyre going to pop off at all from normal everyday use. It’s plenty roomy. The strap is comfortable, soft and adjustable! It doesn’t dig in with heavy things such as a full 40oz water bottle. Beautiful bag. Exactly what I was looking for.
