Almost loved them. . . .

I received these boots about a month ago with high expectations after wearing a pair of the Targhee III for years. Like the Targhee IIIs, the IVs were very comfortable right out of the box, until I wore them about 5 times and I could feel a difference in the sole on my left foot. . . then the squeak began - ugh! It felt like an air pocket developed between the footbed and sole, and now, while still comfortable, I won't be able to wear them anywhere the noise isn't loud enough to drown out the annoying squeak. I will reach out to customer service and see what they can do - so maybe my review will increase.

Wow! The fit, the comformt its sturdy yet light weight. Im very much impressed. Will by in other colors.

Perfect Hike

I love my new KEEN Targhee IV Hikers! I've been wearing KEEN hiking shoes and boots for the past 10 years. Finally had to replace my boots. They fit great, look great and no break in time. I live in the mountains and hike everyday, year round. KEEN gets me through the snow, rain, and no slipping on pine needles in the spring. I love the toe box, it gives my toes plenty of room, no pinching or squeezing. My only suggestion would be offer more colors for women.
