I LOVE my Comfygo 3000 mobility scooter. I use it all the time. When I moved recently, my scooter’s charger went missing. I immediately contacted the company and told them I needed a new charger. They quickly sent me a link to procure a new charger. I was pleased to see they have replacement chargers and other helpful items for the Comfygo mobility scooters on their website. I am so pleased not only with my scooter, but with how responsive the company was to my issue. Thank you!!!

It was easy to order parts, and the website was easy to navigate. Our scooters are required in and out of our school building, as it is hard to navigate. Our campus resides on 75 acres. We use 4 scooters to get around. So it is important to get from point A to point B quickly to address service issues. We need to keep them in top working order.

Purchase a front tire for my scooter

I ordered a front tire at end of July for my 3000 scooter but had been told that it is out of stock. I finally got it at end of October. During the whole back and forth ordering process, Eric has been super kind and helpful., However, I wish if I have to order another tire for my scooter, it won’t take so long.
