Minor Feeder Issues with Quantity Dispensing

I've had PetKit products for several years without any issues. Recently, I updated both my feeders and water fountains, but I've been experiencing some minor problems with the feeders. However, PetKit is providing all the support needed to resolve the issues, and given the quality and standards they maintain, I'm confident the problems will be resolved.

I wish you could only rotate the plate form the app. sometimes the food is stuck at the back, and a 180 degrees rotation could be great addition.
