I requested cancellation within approximately 5 minutes of placing my order after realizing I had made a mistake. I immediately contacted customer service and sent an email, but did not receive a response until the following day. By that time, the order had already been shipped. The product arrived, but the cancellation and customer service experience was disappointing. Communication was slow, and I was left trying to resolve the issue while preparing for upcoming travel. I hope PETKIT can improve its response times and order cancellation process for customers who contact support immediately after placing an order.
