Not impressed

The actual process of molding the ear piece was very simple and user friendly. However, I purchased the “Awareness” model, but it felt like my ear was under water, very difficult to hear outside noise which is important while working in law enforcement. Also the sound through the piece isn’t great. No matter how high I turned up my radio, I’d often have difficulty hearing radio traffic. Lastly, the piece itself would start causing ear pain after a few hours. I used the ear piece for 4 entire ten hours shift hoping I would be able to adjust, but I just couldn’t take it anymore and switched back to my previous.

I order these and they did not fit the connection to my walkie. There is no way to tell from the pictures whether or not you get the earpiece or the earpiece PLUS the "connector" There is also no way to tell if the the entire set is compatible with my walkie. Very frustrating.
