6 Month Plan (prepaid)

Dont waste your money, look at other watches. The watch recently started acting strange and the screen would freeze and start freaking out. Then the company sends and email saying that the service was interuptrd and didnt know when it would be resolved. Took seversl days and no offer of making it right. Just a simple “sorry for the inconvenience”. Not having a working watch that we rely on to communicate with our son is more than an inconvenience. I pay for reliability and we didnt get it and the company hasnt responded to my emails either. Worst part is we just renewed our 6 month agreement right before this happened.

The software is acting funny. Keeps resetting. The notification of the product leaving somewhere is significantly delayed.

Its ok. The gps isn’t timely and sometimes cant locate at all…in our small neighborhood. The phone function barely works at all…terrible clarity and most of the time its crackling and impossible to hear clearly.
