I’ve had this watch for a month now, and in my opinion, the battery drains too quickly. The call quality is poor; when you make a call, the audio keeps cutting out, so you can't hold a conversation because there are so many glitches in the connection. Even the worst mobile carriers don't have call quality this bad—this is definitely one of the things you guys need to improve. The GPS is good, though, and the contact restrictions are a great feature because they give parents control over who their children communicate with.

Company keeps charging me after inhave tried to cancel subscription at least three times and i cant reach a human in customer service. Worst company I have had to deal with. Bad enough thatbthis is the forst time i have felt compelled to wrote a negative review. Still trying to resolve the issues.

I love being able to track my children down to the area they are at in their school. Tracking can be very precise with a little bit of a lag sometimes, but all together very accurate. My kids love being able to listen to music on the go with the Spotify app! That is their favorite feature. I also enjoy that it is a product that they wear on their wrist and that it's easier for them to keep track of vs a cell phone. I also like that I can see all their messages on my app and their call logs. I like that it does not have social media platforms but allows them to text to approved contacts. I do wish it had more apps available for them but I'm thankful it is limited to kid friendly content. My kids love their watches and I love that they have focus mode so they can't use them during classroom time unless it's an emergency to contact me.
