This item is perfect! The rounded inside disk is more comfortable then the flat ones and the 8mm post fits snug but not too snug in my philtrum. Very pleased!

Love this. I wear it in my medusa and its the perfect minimalist jewelry. The top lasted only a couple months so I will be ordering another one. Only advice is tighten it daily.
