Beautiful shoe, great service, could use more support

It's a great shoe. When I needed a half size up, the return process was easy, and the staff was so friendly. You all get 5 stars for the service alone ♡ However, I need to purchase some extra padding for the ball of the foot as I am not used to heels.

The style of these shoes reflects a bygone era of dressing formally. The size is a bit smaller than is comfortable for me but they can be worn in a non walking situation. They are lovely!
