OMG!!!! Listen I was really worried about spending this kind of money and being upset when I got my new phone but boy was I surprised…. This phone looks brand new, I MEAN BRAND NEW. It is beautiful and works beautiful. It has 100% battery. I still can’t believe it. I’ve always used android so this is all new for me. I’m still learning. I have to say Plug ya’ll are awesome and I will be doing more business with you in the future and also telling everyone I know about you. I don’t know why everyone isn’t buying from Plug. Oh and also the screen had no scratches. I got a brand new phone. This 55 year old grandma is very satisfied. Thank you so much Plug
