The Iphone 15 was at a great price. I received it on time. I purchased the "excellent" condition, and it was. Perfect, not a nick anywhere. Screen was clean and clear. Had a message out to there Customer Service prior to making my purchase, but never heard a peep from them.

Great phone; great service

I'm delighted with my iPhone 15, and with Plug's service and packaging. My phone arrived quickly. The packing of the phone and accessories was first class and even included a clear protective case for the phone. The phone itself is without blemish and looks brand new. The battery health reports at 100%. I have no complaints about the condition of the phone nor Plug's service; I will definitely start with Plug when I replace my wife's aging iPhone and I recommend them to anyone else looking for excellent value in a quality product.
