I really liked the way it folding down to save space in the car when not in use. The handles were made sturdy enough that carting a full load would make it a lot easier. I really appreciate the fact that it was up-cycled from plastic bottles. We need to take care of our planet for our future generations. If I can make one tiny suggestion maybe a small zipper inside to carry an ice pack. We travel with my husbands diabetic meds. And keeping them cool without getting lost in the bottom would be so helpful. Especially since they have to be kept cool
