Love the clean aesthetics of the backpack. lots of functional pockets; soft inner linings; solid comfortable grab handle; mostly very satisfied. There are areas to improve on: 1. chest strap should be included, not as a separate purchase 2. luggage sleeve bottom opening needs to be slightly wider - not easy or seamless to slide the backpack off the suitcase handle 3. My biggest gripe is the shoulder strap. I like the no dangling straps design but it needs to be a tight lock otherwise it keeps slipping off; I had to adjust the straps each time I put on the backpack.

This was a present for someone else and it was greatly appreciated. Customer service was superlative. I had to return the wrong color and my return was handled professionally and speedily.
